pandion icon should display status

instead of just displaying "pandion" the icon should display the status:

* as idle, available, etc.
* moreover the icon color should grey out if the network is not available, so that the user knows visually that he has been disconnected

Yes, this is quite badly needed. There is a bug filed on this issue at http://code.google.com/p/pandion/issues/detail?id=46 and I have provided a set of icons to be included for that purpose.
